The two boom configurations

The configuration of the boom determines the loading geometry and the capacity of the equipment.

S boom

A telescopic boom. Capacities from 14 to 30 tonnes.

Wireless control for Multilift equipment

—In-cab wired controlAs standard. It manages all the functions of the equipment and can be programmed to suit the operator’s needs.

—Wireless controlOn request. The same functions from a distance: it makes it easier to hook up the body on the ground, with full view of the hook and of the pick-up bar, and to set the container down on the trailer.

—Sequential movement control (S-Z)A single command carries out the unloading and loading sequences. It reduces the number of commands, prevents incorrect manoeuvres and removes the dead time between one manoeuvre and the next, with lower fuel consumption and emissions. Manual control, one movement at a time, remains available.

—Extra speed packageHigh speed, fast tipping and speed damping on the lifting cylinders.

Subframe and maintenance

The subframe and maintenance

—“Z”-shaped subframeHigh strength and low weight, with a Hi-Mobility mounting that does not compromise the flexibility of the vehicle chassis. A protected area houses the run of hydraulic pipework and electrical wiring.

—Self-lubricating padsUpper and lower on the telescopic boom: they require no greasing.

—PaintingThe individual components are painted before assembly, with a zinc-based primer on the main structures.
