Hooklift, crane and tipper bodies since 2019
Since 2019 CBS has been fitting hooklift, crane and tipper bodies on vehicles of every configuration, from two-axle trucks to site vehicles. Testing, certification and paperwork are handled in house.

History
CBS from 2019 to today
CBS was founded in 2019 by three partners to cover the stage the group was missing, mounting the equipment on the vehicle. Hooklift, crane and tipper bodies, cranes on containers and trailers.
Together with Carnovali the company covers the entire environmental supply chain, from the equipment to the vehicle that takes it on the road. The Brescia sites have been joined by Trezzano Rosa, which follows customers in Lombardy before, during and after the purchase.
In 2022, three years after it was founded, came the first two acquisitions: Danese, established in Belfiore in 2000 around lifting equipment, and Piacenza Rimorchi, an Italian trailer and semi-trailer marque. Both companies have kept their own marque and their own organisation.
Vehicle bodies
The ten body families
The vehicle arrives at the workshop without a body and leaves with the equipment fitted, tested and type approved. The chassis configuration, the type of load and the discharge method determine the solution to adopt.

Alongside the group equipment, CBS fits two partner marques: Hiab Multilift hooklift equipment and Tisvol aluminium tipper bodies.

Multilift hooklift equipment
Since 2022 CBS has been a Hiab partner for Multilift hooklift equipment. Loading and unloading capacities are sized on the payload of the vehicle and on the intended duty.
Tisvol
Aluminium tipper bodies
Tisvol designs and builds tipper bodies and semi-trailers entirely in aluminium. CBS is the exclusive partner for Italy: the vehicles are bodied and tested here.
Services provided
The services provided on the bodied vehicle
Bodybuilding ends with the testing and type approval of the vehicle. CBS also carries out roadworthiness tests, periodic inspections and service work on bodies of any make.
