Your role

You will join the paint shop at the Cazzago San Martino (BS) plant and follow the whole cycle: from preparing the bare metal to finishing the completed machine. You will work on frames, booms, cabs and material handler components, and on used machines being refurbished.

The result of your work is the first thing the customer sees, and the thing that protects the machine for years.

What you will do, in practice

• Preparation. Sanding, degreasing, filling and masking of frames, booms and metal components.
• Surface treatment. Application of undercoats and primers according to the specified cycle, with care for the protection of the material.
• Painting. Spray application of paints and finishes to company standards and in the colours requested by the customer.
• Refurbishing used machines. Full preparation and repainting of the material handlers destined for the guaranteed used market.
• Quality control. Checking of the final result, touch-ups and corrections where needed.
